Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical repairs and maintenance tasks - Interpret electrical schematics for troubleshooting purposes - Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities - Conduct facilities maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry tasks - Maintain and repair mechanical equipment - Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for work orders and inventory management Requirements:
- Proficiency in electrical work and interpreting schematics - Experience in supervising maintenance teams - Knowledge of facilities maintenance tasks such as HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry - Mechanical aptitude for equipment maintenance and repair - Strong customer service skills to interact with internal stakeholders effectively - Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and inventory Job Type:
