Summary:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Generates, updates, and inputs information into a variety of databases in an accurate and timely basis Prepares a variety of materials from draft, including correspondence, charts, graphs, vouchers, and reports Compiles data using prescribed methods Receives, screens, and distributes incoming mail Receives telephone calls and refers to appropriate personnel, records and relays messages, and/or other appropriate actions Reproduces and distributes reports and correspondence, assembles and maintains a filing system, maintains office equipment, orders supplies, and schedules conference rooms May process vouchers, journal entries, or other forms and information using the FERC chart of accounts and Company approved accounting procedures COMPETENCIES:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
